At Needlepoint, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and textile purchases. If your item isn't the perfect fit for your space, we offer a 30-day return window for all unused and original-condition products.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring that all tags and protective materials are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
